what jets are recommend to buy for a 1390 big bore kit?

You need to talk to whoever did the engine/port work. There is a pretty big difference between one set-up to another.

This could/would be one EXPENSIVE mistake if not done correctly..
From what i've read, the jetting can actually be less than for a 1200, due to the increased carb signal..!!

im takin the cylinder to a machine shop to make them bore them. i have a mechanic that can rejetted it. if i bore from a 1300 to a 84.5 or a 85 mm can i use the stock head or do i have to buy riva heads?

Can the machine shop also plate them after they get done boring them?
You will have to send a head to someone like lowell for special work to be done to it. You cant just "buy" a head for a 1390.
I really think you should do a LOT more research before you start on this project. I am not doubting your skills, but you should talk to someone that has built one or at least owns one before you try this.
