would you buy a rxp again

Im looking into buying a 05-07 rxp. Just wondering for those who own them if you would purchase them again with some of the issues with the SC washers and such? Anything i should watch out for during my purchase?

Just remember EVERY engine has/had its fair share of quirks. I love the 4tec SCIC engine. It has SO much potential. That's why I like my RXP...now the hull is a completely different story.

Right now, with the help of this website and all the awesome go fast goodies that you can get for these seadoo's I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

If your not going to mess with your ski, it is overall still a great jetski.

    I woudn't definitely buy again

I got 1 of the 1st 04 rxps....just got another (07) 3 weeks ago, and since I live on the water now, I see both rxt and grxp in my very near future. I love these engines. 4-tec + this forum + common sense=don't get any better If properly cared for (this includes changing out ceramic washers) they should last a long time. Buddydoo and the wifey got a but-load of hours on their skis, over 400 hours between the 2, don't think they had engine trouble....my .02 + a buck and a half....

Screw BRP, from now on I'll only own a Polaris. Anyone seen their '08 lineup yet?

I got to ride a friends 06 last week BONE STOCK(metal washers) and STILL a ton of fun. I forgot how nice and quiet and nimble they are from the showroom floor. great fun!
