Help on drilling inside hull
Is it possible to drill the spot in this picture that has a blue 1.
It's the wall that comes out of the side of the hull(starboard side of the stern)
I would like to drill a hull and put a bolt through it so I can have a hook in that location.
There isn't any water going through it is there ?

all the drilling and JB weld you plan on doing... it's probably easier to just make a 1 foot tall mountain of spray foam in your hull to support the intercooler... it'll even insulate it and keep it cold

I would just use gorilla glue, or something similar.

hmmm you might be joking but that's not a bad idea.
It could also slide in and out.
I could put some platic wrap around the intercooler and a retaining wall on the outside of it. Then fill up the hull
I would still need a hook in the back to strap it and stop the IC from going forward and back.
I'll keep that idea as an option. I think I'm going to go ahead and install the hooks. I didn't really want to have the SC to IC part of the intercooler insulated since it will be hotter than the hull temps.
I was planning on stuffing insulation wrap in there so it's pretty secure. Then rachet latching it.
