Get yourself a driveshaft tool, a large crescent wrench, a short length of pipe, a torch, a vise and a six-pack of your favorite beverage and go at it.....not terribly difficult if you have some patience and a little luck. Did you get the pics of the GP800? Are you still interested?

You'll need either a Skat-trak or Solas impeller tool as well if it's an aftermarket impeller....if it's a stock impeller you won't need a tool.

and don't forget, that they are left hand threads. righty loosy, lefty tighty

oh, and if this is the first time the prop's coming off, a large friend and a long pipe will make the job much easier.

I just changed my prop again too bad I didn't see this before I would of taken pics of a how too. I might change it again tonight we will see how it goes. what I found that helps is to take a rachet type strap and to strap the pump down so it wont move while your trying to get that prop off. I use a large pipe wrench.

I use a 10 or 12 inch adjustable wrench with a 4 foot pipe over the end. Comes off very easy.
