F-12x bounces alot at high speeds...?

Posting this for a buddy of mine...

His 04' ski seems to bounce alot more than normal lately when at WOT. If you let off and drop it to about 55-60, it stops the bouncing. Anyone got any ideas? He says its been this way since he had it so is this just normal with this ski? Could somthing need adjusted or any other ideas? Thanks

a couple of washers between the plate and hull at the rear bolts of the ride plate..pick em up from home depot for 25 cents for all 4. It'll go a couple mph slower but stop bouncing.

    Hi,
I have an 05 R-12X and I know it does bounce a lot when I am going at high speed ..does this trick work for an R series too? I'm very new to jetskis and I am learning where the parts are

    thanks

I would recommend you get the pump wedge.

How on earth is a pump wedge going to help porpoising, unless you thought he was asking how to make it worse?

I have just read that they help, by keeping the nose at a better angle. Out of the water. Just my 2 cents. Do you have a better idea?
