i would choose RIVA because u have MORE choices for upgrades later WITHOUT purchsing extra equipment to do the same thing!! like fuel pressure regulators or whatever they are for RUDE w/Rotax ECU if u go with RIVA then add RUDE u wont need the extra fuel majiggawigga later just Rude charger itself w/Riva ECU already being mapped fuel wise according to what everyone says mine is just going together and i sent ROTAX back to get RIVA! the ONLY draw back i hear u have to go to the dealership to get the RIVA programmed to your boat but i can WATCH THEM do that much! guess we will see!

    im gonna test:

    1) RIVA ECEU w/42 INJECTORS AND S3 RIVA WHEEL

    2) RIVA ECU w/50 INJECTORS AND RUDE CHARGER

then daddy knows what to keep after that!

I would say Rotax Racing ECU because with the Riva ECU you will void our warranty.

The riva ecu will save way more fuel compared to the RR ecu...Simply for being boost sensitive.

but you have to use 50# with the riva and only 42# with the rotax.
unless there's some math in your equation geo you could be wrong

    riva

I have the riva s3 and happy thus far with it. It was a pain that my dealer new nothing about programming it. But doesnt mean all are like that.Plus usually takes a week or two to setup an appointment to program. The techs at riva were awesome and willing to walk the dealer through the sequence to program. Once that issue was ironed out everything else is great. Ecu voids warranty, but wouldnt most of the other mods like stage 2 or Stage 3 void it anyways? I have an 04 so warranty was up for me anyways. Good Luck.
