What's in your tank
Obviously the higher octance is recommended for the SC engines.
My friend uses B12 in every tank of gas and swears buy it.
Another friend as stabilizer to every tank and does it for peace of mind.
Do you add anything to your gas?

Nope just straight 93 anything more would be a waste i think

Good old 93 all by itself. Unless the ski is sitting, Stabil is a waste, and there is no need for anything else. save your money for more 93

so a higher octane fuel is not so good .lets say 102 octane?

93.....why the heck would you stabilize every tank???
I guess he like changing spark plugs frequently...

I wouldnt put anything but 93 in it.... I did try sum Klotz Nitro additive with Koolinal that I bought for a modded 450r fo wheeler and it did in fact gain about 60 rpm's but that stuff is too expensive for less than .6 mph...

I use 91 Octane with a trace of Pepsi! Keeps everything sticky enough so it stays together!

My buddy has a polaris matrix with triple pipes and some other unmentionable goodies.... he has sponsorship from one of the gas companies and he uses the 102....maybe higher... race fuel anyways...
smells horrible when I am riding behind him
He says it is slow burning and no good for the super charged engines( moederators/jerry would know best)... probably just saying that so he doesn't have to share it(and I don't blame him with the cost of gas these days)
I just use 93 and never had an issue....
Seen this moron 15 yo blow up his rxp last year cuz he used 87 in it all the time.... I hated the little punk because his dad bought him the ski.... couldn't ride worth a damn.... ski looked and sounded horrible and he thought he was the kings dance.... little shit needed to get towed in... laughed for at least a week straight!!!

Higher octane fuel is better for supercharged/turbo charged engines..... it has more resistance to detonation. If you had a high boost application (upgraded supercharger) then it certainly would not hurt to run a higher octane. 93 is perfectly fine for a stock or lightly modded ski. If its modded heavily as long as its got the proper programming and injector size then 93 is still ok.
