    Ok Southern Boys.... Noodlin?!?!?!?!?

Well now... I was talking to one of my coworkers today who is fresh out of Oklahoma(last year) and he mentioned a sport in some areas of the South called "Noodlin" or as I found with a quick Google search "grabbling"....

    Found this site....

    http://www.catfishgrabblers.com/

For those who have no ideawhat this is, watch the video in the bottom of the homepage.... sure to offer some insight between the people(with some really hot broads doing this too... suprising and not in the least bit attractive) and the song accompanied by the Banjo....

Just wondering if anyone on here does this!!!!

Jerry... I know you are from LA and have seen the video of MB(sweet by the way!!!) with the crawfish....

I am in no way mocking any southern traditions.... just wanna know where you guys get the balls to reach into a hole and pull out a 4 foot catfish!?!?!?!?!?

I have caught 9" bullhead with a fishing pole accidentally a few times and swear at the sucker and hope to not catch them.....

    So what's the deal?????
    Is catfish good eatin???

    re noodling

I've no interest in sticking my hand or foot into a hole I can't see to let something I don't know how big lock their jaws on.

re taste...small ones...1-1.5lbs...in good water, are pretty good eatin.

Catfish is one of my favorite fish to eat. I dont, and wont noodle though.
Bull head are a pain in the ass and I dont eat them, mostly channel cat, blue cat, and flat head are the best to eat.

From what I remember, "Noodlin" was the same as going commando.

The deer is not going to wait for it to be cooked, must like sushi or something.

Yup.... you guys see on the video it was on the dock.....

Couldn't really figure out if this was a family pet or something.... Up here in the north these things are only seen when hunting or when they latch on to a front bumper/windshield...
