Octane Boost in fuel???
Is it ok to add octane boost to fuel on a 2 stroke engine? A lot of people in my area run 91 octane in their rigs, but with the current fuel prices, I prefer 87. I have a 02 sportster with twin 720's, does any one know what the recommended fuel for this boat is?

I wouldnt add octane boost I know ppl that have bad experiences with that.... If your motors are stock just run 87 it will be slower if ya run 91 or 93. I lost 200 rpm's on my ultra when it was stock swithing to 93 from 87...

The highest I would ever put in a 2'er is 91.

Octane boost will not raise 87 anywhere near 91, you'd be lucky if it raised it to 88, and no I would not use it...
