    1986 X2 Kill Switch

    I am looking for info on what to use and how to install a kill switch on a 1986 X2. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Buy the front switch cover from any year Kawasaki TS or 750SS sit downs. I run one on my X-2 and 650SX. Simple to do. You just unscrew the 2 screws and the front half of the switch comes off and the TS or SS one goes in its place.

    You will only use the front cover and not have to touch any of the wiring.

    Which 2 Wires Are For The Kill??

    I Need To See If My 93 750 Ss Has A Bad Stop/go Switch. I Have No Spark. How Do I Check It??

    follow the wire harness and take apart the plug, before it gos into the elect box. you can test the stop button here. ( they are the black and white wires).

    i would bet your stator coil is bad. it is a common failure on the kawi 750.

    i have a good used one here if you need.
