    14/19 R With Basically a stage 3 ??!?!?!

    Ok Alot of yous know my situation , Im running A stage 3 MINUS the ECU .. Im turning 8100 all day and only seeing 73 mph , Im seeing 10 lbs of boost on the boost gauge .. I have a 15/19 now .. Who thinks I should try a 14 19?? Im missing about 4 mph ...

    To clarify...you are running the 15/19 3 blade???

    Anyways, going to a 14/19R would make absolutly no sense to me if you're turning 8100 RPM with a 15/19 3 blade now on the stock ECU. You'd be all over the limiter if you dropped down to a 14/19R. Seems to me that would be the case.

    I think you should try the 15/20R 4 blade. Yields better top end than the 15/19R at those RPM anyways.

    Sorry, thanks for clarifying. You said in your first post a 15/19 so I assumed it was the 3 blade.

    But still, a 14/19R would make absolutely ZERO sense if you are turning 8100 RPM now on the stock ECU. Crazed, have you seen Riva's dyno charts on the stock ECU? If you start turning more than 8100 RPM your horsepower drops off SIGNIFICANTLY. I agree with ReDevil...you need to look elsewhere for your lost speed.

    Ok, here is the dyno chart. Just look at the horsepower drop off from 8100 RPM to the max RPM dyno'd. It's never less than 10 ponies!!!! You will make more horsepower at 7600 RPM than you will above 8100 RPM!!!

    Sounds like you're missing the "key" ingredient...ECU.
    250 rpm more & you're at 76+mph

    He had a dispute with Riva over it voiding the warranty. Check the Riva forums and you will see. I'm guessing this is the reason he is not running it. At least I think that's his thread. Name is Chris correct?

    If this is true crazed, you had a problem with your crankshaft? I'm not sure what effect this would have, but I think you have failed to mention it in your other posts on here about losing speed. Maybe you have something going on internally causing you problems???
