    05 RXP wear ring removal?

Ive had my pump and wear ring in the freezer for about 1.5 hours and it still wont budge. It doesnt look damaged beyond what is should from 40hours of use.

    Any ideas?

Grab the edge with a pair of vise grips and try to turn it. Not pull it out, turn it. Once you get it to turn inside the pump, it should pull right out.

Ok, I left it in the freezer for about 6 hours, I tried what you said just a few minutes ago, it did turn but it seems to be stuck against the impeller. It will only budge about 1/4 of an inch.

You have to move the frozen burgers to the right and the shrimp to the left. throw the ice cubes to the cooler and dump all the beer in there. now take the burgers out and shrimp and throw them in the cooler where the beer is. Now, get in the truck, pick up some good looking $5.00 love you long time honnies and head straight to the beach.........I will be waiting for Ya.......with a Big SMILE and a HOT B-B-Que !

If you don't have the impeller out try removing that first and try the process agian. I left my pump in the freezer over night-with the impeller aready out- and the wear ring fell out with out me touching it. If that don't work you can do it how the dealers do it. Cut the ring out with a sawzall
