Free beeee mods gained me 300 RMS and 3 mph
I went out today on my new 2007 RXP (3 hours) I did some free be mods and gained 300+ RPMs and 3 mph. 68.5 GPS This was achieved with a full tank of gas and 100+ degrees. Here is what I did filled ride plate holes, home made Rear air intake, removed the muffler Home made free flow. Oh yea I am turning the stock prop 8050, I think I am going to need a repitch soon or a new prop.
Not sure if the free folw hlep but man does it sound better for $5....
The rear air intake is deffinatly helping cant wait until I do the skeggs.

Very nice! It will naturally get faster after 15-20 hrs get on it as well. You will definately need a repitch at that point.

My stock 07 is 8100 rpms and 70 plus. Put some hours on that thing.
There is plenty left. Mine broke 26 hrs yesterday. My triple was down 100 rpms from two weeks ago yet the Rxp was 8100 in a hurry.

yea, and I am such a noob at it, I went too far on the pitch.....down fromm the limiter(8600) to 8100 w/ a pitch a change from 82mm to 81mm ring. Don't think putting the 82 back in will give me 400 rpm waiting for it to cool off in the garage now

yea Scott... listen to these guys. These newer 4-tecs seem to be unleashing more and more power as the hours get racked on. I've been told by Seadoo tech in the past that the ECU slowly comes out of break-in mode, but rarely has their been any consistency to this theory. It seems some people see a big jump in rpms from new to 10 hours, and others are constistent all the way thru... who knows!
get at least 10 hours on it and then see what it's doing, it's only going to get faster from here on in.
oh yea... 3 hours? that's pathetic man... thats one day's riding, not even!
