Trim And Bilge Always On
ok so I get home from work and go into the garage to check if the 5200 on the mfd is dry ,,,
and my 785 is playing a tone like WTF
I look into it and it seems that the trim works and the bilge is running (half speed)
ok pop the box apart and i am getting power from the (lr32 or 31or ?) bigger than the one from my sl750--I think)
so couple of ?'s
1--can i test the unit?what values? anybody got a 97 pro 785 wire diagram?
2-what makes it go bad ? i havent started it in a week.
3-can pushing the bigle button to get my trim to more without motor running kill it?
4-can i use the 1 from the sl750?
5-ANYBODY GOT 1 THEY CAN LET GO!!??
thanks for all the help

Your LR module is bad. Replace it.
For some reason it shorted out inside the module sending power through constantly. It's only supposed have power output on the orange wire while running.
Basically, no option but replace it.
You can test all the stator leads etc.. to verify you dont have a problem that could have caused the LR to fail, but I doubt anything is wrong.
