    Help! 7800RPM?

I see a lot of people on hear saying that there stock RXP's top out around 8000-8100 RPM. My ski has never gone above 7850RPM. Is there something wrong with it. At top speed it shows 69MPH and 7850RPM. It seems to run great, but this is the only RXP I have ridden. Let me know if something could be wrong. It is a 2006 RXP with 21 hours.

Just out of curiosity, where was your trim set at during the test runs?

I tried the trim in most settings and it didn't change much. I usually run the trim at either 1 under center or 1 over center. I am at sea level.

ive been running 7750-7850 for the last month when before she was always over 8100
sucked up some stones at weekend and it went back up to 8200 can only think i had a bent blade on my impellar and the other side got balanced up
    go figure

but be sure to check your oil is in middle i find its best to check after a ride, make sure ski is level,i was looseing 300rpm with to much oil from a service

    Heat will rob RPM's

Slightly chewed up wear ring will rob RPM's

    Oil overfill will rob RPM's

Hope you find the missing "R's"

Also, check your throttle plate alignment in the throttle body. I made a boo boo once and over adjusted it, thus robbing 250 rpms.
