Installing the steel washers
I just finished looking at the 07 shop manual, on this, and I just wanted to make sure that I didn't miss something.
Is this what is involved? In an under 10 Hr RXT?
1. Remove SC
2, Remove nut from shaft.
3. remove the parts from the shaft (spring washers, drive gear needle bearings etc)
4. Throw ceramic WASHERS away. Replace with steel ones
5. replace needle bearings and coat with kluber isoflex grease
6. put all the parts back on the shaft, and Tq nut down to 22lbs, using red locktite
7. replace SC and such.
ready to run.
is there anything else that I need to do, or is it really as basic as the manual makes it sound?

Forget the Kluber Isoflex. Just use some bearing grease. Other than that, you pretty much got it. Pour some oil on the clutch before you put it back in for safe measure.

With less than 10 hours on it, should I replace the needle bearings and teh spring washers, or just put them back?

and I forgot to add another question. I want to support Green Hulk, but in the on line store they have their washers and Riva's. Is one better than the other or does it not matter, so I would be supporting GH more by buying his washers?
