Kinchyel's Ebay Mount (second edition)
Here is my second attempt at the ebay mount. I feel pretty confident on this one. Please let me know any concerns on this mount.
I drilled a hole in the sidewall and put a 3 inch loop screw throught it. I have large washers on both sides of the wall and have jb welded them before I screwed the screw tight. I also put JB weld around the base of the screw eye to reinforce it. I also put a hook on the bolt that was used for the stock intake. I purchased 2 of the 34inch adjustable straps like Riva uses. I used a bolt and a washer on one side of the IC and the strap hooks to the screw eye and then the bolt. The other strap hooks to the screw eye and down to the stock intake bolt. I am going to wrap the IC with some more bubble wrap and mount it again and fill with foam in some areas for support. I'll wrap the IC in sarran wrap so I can pull it from the foam. It should have a custom mold.
Still waiting for some more t-clamps, metal water f0 fittings, and my 4inch aluminum tube, pipe flare tool and a 2.5x3 silicone reducer. Should be next week and I'll take it out once I snap them on.

I thought it was good the first time and this looks even better.
BUT how much do you think you guys are gonna save in the end.
I mean it seams that you have some cash in it now. Am I wrong?

Here is what I spent. Paranthesis is the stuff I bought and didn't need
6 dollars on the straps (20 on ratchet strap)
6 dollars on screws/bolts
around 100 dollars on silicone, silicone joiners and t-clamps.
IC cost 200.
So I've send a little over 300.
Riva IC is 1300
I'm sure the gains I get will be worth 300.
... we'll see next weekend

after mine's done... i'll have a metal cross-brace mounting bracket that bolts into the pump support, a battery strap, silicone couplers, and metal pipes.... most i can foresee I'll be at is $350 after all is done and said, and that's an over-estimate...
i know what u mean kinch feels good knowing we saved a good chunk of change
