Thread: More speed!

I am going to end up with a full blown stage 3 but want to get there in stages. I got a Stage 2 RXP doing a solid 75 GPS.
If I add the Stage 3 s/c housing and impeller and 42 injectors add some pitch to the 15/20 will I see a substaintial improvement in top end and acceleration? Like maybe 78GPS and 1 second less to 30?
Can the stock ECU handle this s/c and injectors?
I cannot add the rear intake because we run in the rough stuff 70% of the time.
Any other suggestions?

I've been considering the exact same combo. The only guidance I can give you comes from here:
"speedy" has gone 78.1 @ 8100 rpm with the stock ECU, 42 lb/hr injectors, XS power intercooler, and Riva S3 S/C.

Those new mods added to your Stage II dialed in properly will get you to 77-78 and wake up your accelleration a touch.

Just ordered the Stage 3 s/c, Ceramic bearings & 42 injectors.
I also have the thermostat to be installed this weekend.
Do you think the Plastic I/C tubes will hold up? So far no problems. I am thinking of having them made locally if needed.
78 here I come.

You will be fine with the stock ECU. Also with the added heat of the S3 Charger you could melt the Platic IC tubes. Go metal
