Angry Oil Changed - Perfect Level - Still Oil HIGH Buzzer????

Ok - I did an oil change last night also flushed the cooler out from all the blow by oil that was in it - checked all hoses. Everything good.

Rechecked the oil level this morning in garage - engine level per Skips method - still all good.

Got to the lake - rode for 20 minutes guess what.... the fricking OIL HIGH buzzer again - engine in limp mode - WTF??? Back to ramp - checked oil - still shows normal.

RPM never increased from yesterday - Max was 7220 and max GPS speed was 61.1....

    Anyone have any ideas???

So I pulled the ski out and just dropped it at the dealer again....Went through a 35 minute B*T*H....session to get them to go through it today since I have a planned ride in OK this weekend....

I am almost at the end of my rope....I love my Kawi - never had a single issue with my 150 - but all I seem to do is work on the frickin' ski... I have almost had it.... So much so that I just hung up with North Texas Yamaha and they are now holding a Red/White RXP for me. Want to give Kawi one last chance to prevail....

What comes to mind is the sensor is still picking up something, false or otherwise, or malfunction. I don't have time at the moment to look it up for you on what type of sensor it is and how it functions. Best i can do is tomorrow or this afternoon. Anybody else?

A quick look in the manual does not indicate a oil level sensor, rather an oil temperature sensor.

"OILH" on the dash indicates oil overheat.

That's what I am getting OILH - Just pulled my book and confirmed Oil Overheat - I got the Oil High from the dealer yesterday when I called on the initial problem and was advised "oh, the OILH means your oil level is high" check that - so I did the oil change and had the same problem this morning - however I did pull out 5 quarts as opposed to the 3.75 I put in on the previous oil change...

The book says check for clogged water lines - hooked up the hose and ran at idle with water flowing - getting water everywhere - maybe just not enough...

    Any thoughts?

That's odd. I had over 7 quarts of oil in my ski and the oil light never came on!

    Checked all outlets....

When I did the oil change the same evening this happen I also flushed the system - there was water coming out of every outlet I could find - I couldn't find an obivious blockage that's why it went to the dealer again...
