    Yahoo!!
I finally finished my thumb to finger conversion today keeping most of the stock parts in place.

    Some Background:
My Height 5'6'' 167cm. This became an issue because for me, adding the extensions was extremely uncomfortable for two reason' arm length and limitations from spinal cord injury. Not sure which is worse for the spine jetskiing, snowboarding or ice hockey.

The other thing very minor, using the existing cover.

    Picture 2
all the parts in place. There was some modifications needed to the grip which we will see later. The black ring, on the handle bars is on of the rings on stock grip. this covers the gaps between the stock cover and finger throttle. The piece in my fingers was cut off the stock cover giving me slightly more handle bar length to work with.

    Picture (all together now)
This is all components in place. You can see the modifications on the hanble bar grip.

    picture grip length
Here you can see just how much room the finger throttle with the sock cover consumes.

    picture longer screw
I had to change the stock handle bar screw from a M4 40 to and M6 50.
It took me 3 home depots and 2 lowes to find the m6 50.

    Hole for throttle cable
I started off using a drill and then worked the hole with a dremel. Careful there, high speed dremel and plastic do not really get along.

    Perfect fit
Fits great can't wait to ride it.

Hmm for some reason I can't post picts. I will upload them to my server and see if that works

That is the throttle in the Riva conversion kit.

I had the Umi lever on my old wake edition. I like the feel of the Umi lever more but I like the Riva lever far more than the thumb lever.

    Thanks
During the first time out after installing the throttle I stared and stared at the cover thinking how poorly it coordinated with the setup.
After spending 10k on the ski and 200 on the conversion kit, I had to do something different.

What did you use instead of the cheap RIVA cover ? yours seems to match up much better.
