Well, I got my plate installed today. It is curing. I am hoping to ride on Sat or Sun.

    Couple notes....

    1) the rear of my plate was NOT flush with my pump shoe/intake grate. It hung down a little. Anyone else see this?

    2) the reverse lever is NOT in the all the way down position so it may need to be adjusted when you guys install your plates. Anyone else see this?

    3) I installed without the wedge. Anyone else did this?

    Thanks

    Curtis

To be honest, I simply forgot about the testing and was trying to be as meticulous as possible putting everything back together that I sealed the plate up nicely then realised...Sh*t I should have left it to do some back to back testing. Whoops. I don't have a GPS yet anyway... I should have bought one a long time ago. I normally just use Tomgtv's when we go riding to see what my speed is.

I am going to try to hook up with him to check my speed. I know my speed with a FULL tank of gas from a couple weeks ago.

Harry, I am really interested in what you get as compared to Jim's plate. I installed one of his back in May. Wonder if he will be able to do any mods to the riva plate?

Mine came in this afternoon. I'm in the middle of installation. Should be on the water Sunday morning for a test.
I pulled the wedge out for the first run.
