How do you identify your engine???

Got my waverunner back from Woods fun center....engine apart. It doesn't look like the same engine...how do you identify the engine??? There are letters and numbers on the cylinder head as follows: JE1200D70.....68N......007827.......S. Which ones of these would specifically identify the engine for my boat??? Thanks guys....

I took it to Woods over a week ago and just got it back Saturday........did not know anyone who worked on them at the time. When you are new to this sport you don't have a lot of contacts to be able to resolve issues.
