    Rotax Racing cam gear help!!!??

I'm trying to figure out why the gears are different, and how this gear goes on to the stock cam?....or is it only supposed to go on the RR cam? NEED SOME HELP HERE please. The stock gear has 1503 with the 2 lines lined up flush with the head, and the cam trigger at the bottom of the gear. The RR cam gear has those same #'s , and lines at the bottom of the gear, and are right next to the cam trigger. WTF??????? Which way should I put the RR gear?

Yup, unless It's only supposed to go on the RR cam....maybe its clocked differently??? If I spin the motor over 180, and try to lock the cam the 1503 lines would be right, but the trigger would be 180 from where it is now Does that matter? Not sure here. Has anyone done this on a stock cam??

No, shouldnt be any difference. I think you just got an improperly machined one? Shoot Mark an email and see what he says.
