    Cleaning Raves

I want to clean the raves on my 951, but the shop manual calls for Molykote 111 when reassembling. Is this step necessary? I'm having problems finding molykote in my area, is there a substitute that anyone has used?

nah, I always used a skim coat of synthetic high temp wheel bearing grease...works fine for everything.
