    Questions about Thru-hull exhaust?

I am wanting to get thru-hull exhaust on my wifes 04 rxp, which one should I go with, I also like the rude tip, but she likes the sound of the shorty waterbox, so any input would help out tons, the only mods on the ski will be a powerfilter kit, a prop, opass blockoff, and the exhaust.
    Thanks Brent

I haven't recieved my shorty waterbox yet so I can't comment on it but the thru hull exhaust sounds wicked....i have a powerpipe in the stock location on my 07 RXT just so I don't void my 2 year hull warranty but it sounds like crap if you ask me .....get a thru hull or a shorty for sure

You can buy the Riva kit and have everything at once.

Or you can buy the Riva pipe and couplers along with a Rude tip.

Another option, shorty water box, Rude tip and find the couplers yourself.

Just know what size the couplers are and you should be able to do it either way if you do not want the Riva kit. Just remember it may take awhile to receive the shorty.

Follow the link for a pic, it is the ones that connect either the water box to the pipe and to the exhaust tip or, from the shorty water box to the tip.

So then I will need: 1 shorty waterbox, a thru-hull tip, 1 silicone coupler, 2 stainless hose clamps. Does this sound right? This is going to be a winter project for my wife.
