Just a quickie! Can someone who knows better than me advise if this looks correct. The distance between the end of the housing and the impeller is approx 2-3mm. Just checking this is right before I bolt it all back in? Thank's guys.

it should be pretty tight in there. any large gaps will cause cavatation. and dont forget to use some sealant around the mating area of the 2 housings to also help eliminate cavatation

Thank's for that. The clearance on the blades is 0.010" all round, so I'm happy with that. The doubt I had was the depth of the impeller into the housing, where my finger is. It's 2-3mm down from the rim of the housing, and I can't remember if it was deeper, or the same as this when I stripped it down!
