    Stuck shaft

The shaft on my 2001 gpr is not going in completely? It has about 1 inch left to go and it feels like it is hitting the back wall, but this shaft has been in the ski many times before. So what is wrong?

Turn the shaft just a little bit and try again.

yup, try turning it back a forth as you slide it in. You may also want to add some grease to the splines to ease 'er in.

Goin' in dry could make it a little difficult to bury your shaft!

I did the grease and twist already without success. I have done this many times, but for some reason it will not go in this time?
