If the seats fold down in the back you can leave the tray (where your feet go) sticking out the back. As long as you get the hood all the way in and tie it down good you should be good to go. Or you can get a chepo trailer at Northern Tool for $189 and use that.

i think if i lay the rear seat down and the front seat all the way back it will fit if i put it almost to the dash
the only prob with the xb is its not set up for towing

It has enough power to tow that ski but I don't know about a hitch. The front of the ski is all the weight. As long as you can secure the front you are good. From looking at the pics of XB's it looks close. I would unbolt the right front seat leave it at home and then you would have enough room. You need something to slide it on though. Try some couch cushions. Is this a one time trip?

if i lean the front seat all the way back its flush with the rear seat when its all the way down kinda makes it flat from front to back

If its flush you should be good to go.
