    My ride ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

So my second ski is a 95 SL 750 hull. She'll be housing a beefy 780 bored .71mm oversized, to roughly a 800cc. To get this party started, I have a Goki Super starter. Then from the top we have a Pro F/A sitting atop some SBN 44's. Below them is a set of V Force Delta II reeds and a modified reed spacer to accomodate the second pulse line needed for the dual fuel pumps. Once inside the 780 cases, there's a Polaris factory rebuilt crankshaft with a Jetinetics lightweight flywheel. The Wiseco 72mm forged pistons are making 13:1 compression with the Ocean Pro single piece head. Stock 780 coils and a Pro 785 CDI will be providing the spark for this little monster. Once burnt, the exhaust gas will be exiting a PSI drypipe (long version) and the DG tri oval Waterbox. Sitting out back will be a long jet pump with a SS 6 vane pump with choice of impellers. 12/17, 13/18 or Solas PA SC X0. And to help support the pump, I'll be installing one of my hand made pump support btackets. I hope all this meshes well.

?????? I don't have a projected range. The 750 with a similar set up is around 6700. Not sure what this will turn. Sea Lion has the short pipe and says that allows higher RPM over the long version. Looking at the PSI graphs in the mag. write ups, it shows the most power on 780 with 38's is around 6000 RPM. With these 44's, who knows.

some nice goodies there man, for what I gathered reading the PSI adds in the tech section for the millionth time, it looks like 44's add 10 hp compared to 38's.

I believe it's from the better breathing at WOT. More air = more power. Same reason Goupk bored the 38's on their 750 package.

    Mild progress today.

Dropped the engine into her belly. Having issues aligning the pump at the moment. OH, and don't tell the G/F I stole the V Force II's from her 750 and gave her the V Force originals. So add V Force II set up for high tension reeds to my list of goodies.

Very nice project, I'll bet you it'll be pretty damn reliable when all said and done.

Be sure to check the pump mating surface at the transom, I've seen when they have an indentation that makes the pump sit crooked.
You might have to glass or shim the section.
