    yes it will...

the jet pump itself will work... however the RXP wear ring will not. You will need to buy the gtx wear ring to install inside the RXP pump

the inner diameters of the wear rings are different, that's all

A lot of people have done that very swap. The driveshaft and impellers are different as well. If you don't have it already, grab the driveshaft off of the RXP.

imho, a different selection of larger (159mm) props, but you`ll need more ponies to turn them. Remember a stock RXP/RXT prop is from 215HP. oops wrong again, sorry
so if your not going to mod the balls off it, then stick with the GTX shaft and 155mm line of props...just my 2 cents again...PR..

I recently installed an 06 RXP pump, removed the plastic RXP wear ring and installed the wear ring for a 04 GTX and was good to go!...

Good thing PR's here to clean up my messes. I was going on the assumption that future mods were going to happen.

I can vouch for PR's set up too as I have an 06 RXP pump in mine w/ the OEM driveshaft wear ring as well no probs so far going on 20 hrs w/ it.

u dont really need more ponies to turn the other props... you need to remember the skis are operating with different rev limits set like 500 rpms apart.

I've taken GTX SC skis and put RXT driveshafts and RXP props on them with zero pitching necessary and turning over 7600rpms....

u'll gain a little more holeshot and acceleration by switching, but it's not always a cheap swap unless u can find cheap used parts
