    Damn I am needy

    1. How do I test the popoff and where is it I tried searching and found 18 PSI but not sure how to do it or where they are.
    2. I didnt find a jet in my return hose (the hose leaving the top of the carb hose routing) I know some carbs have them in the carbs correct? Would it hurt to have one in the line as well? I dont know if my carbs have the return line jet and want to make sure I dont have an issue with that. What size jet do I use?

Search for fuel restrictor by CrazyA. It should list the proper jet size for a return line restrictor.

Z are you serious or kidding I try to stay out of the SBT thing but have noticed some bad stuff there
Here is my new issue. 95 in cyl 1 and 2 and a 100 in cyl 3 to rich no power black plugs. Jetted back to 90's in all three and now it goes like crazy but bogs on take off. Pull choke for a second and it takes right off no problem runs good after that but everytime you idle and try to take off you have to pull the choke. I was going to try turning out the low speeds 1 turn (turning out richens correct?) my plugs are close so I was going to also richen (turn out?) the high speeds a half turn or so to try and get them closer. Then do a wash check after I run it. Does this sound correct

If you fatten the lows, (yes out is richer) it will fatten the fuel throughout all circuits. Just try and adj. lows to compensate for the bog at take off.

Thanks that is exactly what I was looking for. Bikes snowmobiles cars you name it but these are the first carbs I have worked on in the small engine arena that didnt have some sort of needle valve controlling the main jet.
