    Plugging Intake Grate Holes

I have put a good amount of the ultra black silicone in the intake grate holes on 3 or 4 different occasions only to find the holes unplugged after 1 or 2 rides. If my memory serves me correctly, this never happened with the stock grate. But I never went 75 mph+ with the stock grate either. Any suggestions on keeping the holes plugged? (without filling them with epoxy)
