    VTS Not Working

Can anyone shed some ideas here please.

Copped a flat battery for the first time today which was surprising considering the Ski had been out of action for only 2 weeks.

Charged the battery out of the ski and now I have noticed that my VTS does not work at all. Even the little pointer on the dash that displays the position of the VTS no longer comes up.

    Dash also displays SENSOR.....

Any ideas on how to fix the problem...

I had that happen a couple times. Gotta take it to the dealer for a BUDS check up.

Check the fuse under the front storage bucket on the left side maybe you blew a fuse.Make sure VTS is pluged up I took mine off for hydrlic trim and now I have to look at that sensor on my gauge all the time or your VTS could have went bad but might be uder warrenty.

Thanks guys for your input. Looks like the guru Les will have to fix this one. Hopefully its as simple as plugging it into the BUDS.....

Yep it was a simple fix. Plugged into the computer and everything was back to normal. Must remember to never jump start a ski again

Are you sure it was because you jump started it? Why would that affect it?

Apparently jump starting can cause some issues with the computer. The initial jolt can blow the computer as well.
From what Les said you should never ever jump start a 4 tech motor.
I do remember hearing the VTS move back to its original position just after I tried to jump start the ski. After that no more VTS.

Ski was running fine before all this happened. Luckily all is back to normal.
