94 SLT 750 will not start - need help!!!!!

    Hello,
My ski will not start. Two weeks ago, all was fine, until it was turned over in the water. It took almost 1 minute to upright. Ran ok for the next 10 minutes until going back to idle, then shut off and would not start back. Tried the next day w/no luck. Two days later, tried again, started...ran for two minutes then back to idle and shut off again. Started only one other time couple of days later for few seconds. I have replaced the spark plugs and see spark. Checked fuel/water separator and no water present. Tried starter fluid in carbs, no luck. It turns over fine, just will not fire/start. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check for water in the elec box. And or rust present.

I did not have any water or rust present in the electrical box, although the rubber seal is not complete. I bought a spark tester, and noticed spark yesterday. It cranked and ran for 20 minutes at idle. I then took it out for a spin and after 5 minutes, it shut off. After paddling back to my dock, I checked for spark again, and nothing on either cylinder.

Ohm test the stator and coils. Double check battery cable connections too.
