SLT700 oil problem
I have a 96 SLT 700 that just seized due to oil failure, also have a SL 700, want to go to premix before something happens to that, what is the oil/gas ratio and what should I block off, thanks

You will want to block off all of the oil fittings on the carb(s) with vacuum caps and tightly secure them with zip ties.
You can pull the mag cover and remove the plastic oil pump drive bushing and then keep the oil pump in place, OR buy a block off kit that will replace the oil pump with a plate.
You will mix your fuel/oil at 40:1
You may need to adjust your carb(s) to compensate for the oil in the fuel.
