drive shaft oil leak help?
I changed the driveshaft, driveshaft seal, floating ring and o rings, carbon ring, impeller, wear ring, bearing, orings....on a 05' GTXSC. During the first post-op ride, I noticed oil in the hull. I felt the bottom of the bellows near the support bearing and floating ring and noticed engine oil. I made sure the tell tale grove was hidden (see picture), driveshaft pushed in enough, new seal, new orings...
Where is the oil leak?
Is it possible that the rubber bellows clamp was not tight around the support bearing and the oil leaked between the rubber bellows and the bearing outer race?
Doesn't seem likely as the bearing outer race is not sealed and oil is thin enough to just run through the bearing which appears to be what was happening. If that was happening it would point to the shaft seal. The seal is new, the shaft is new. Took the driveshaft out and all looks OK.
Anyone been through this?

possible the oil was just pooled under the engine when you pulled the driveshaft and ran to the back when you rode it. Wash out the hull really well and check it again.
