I just tested my SC impeller this weekend and it pulls alot harder. Only pulling 8100 rpm's.

8100 RPM's is perfect for a stock ECU equipped ski.

Damn...so you won't get the full benefit of a repitched Solas, air intake, and SC impeller without a ECU? Of course higher RPM's translate to higher speeds, so does the stock ECU have a limiter to 8150 or something? You guys (Jerry and the like) are pulling close to 8500, right?

Yes, you will benefit from it greatly. The only time you should add an ECU is when you add the intercooler.

I have found that when you add something to increase the power of the SC`s it usually means you need to tweak your prop as the 2 things I did air intake and impeller I hit the rev limiter after each mod
I think the SC impeller is worth the money but IMO it will cause you to spend some on the prop in a new one which is what I am getting or have your old one repitched
also has anyone found a use for old props I have a stock one and a repitched prop
