Can any Hull Pro's decode this new Yami hull??
I was told it has increadible straight line speed and it turns on a dime. Can you decode this Hull???

Number 1 looks like it's to lift the Nose and reduce wet area during straight line speed.
Number 2 looks interesting. It pertrudes deeper into the water perhaps to help dig into the water and corner harder.
What do you think??

The ONLY thing different about this hull and the hull that has been used on the FX series is the construction. The old hull didn't use the Nano stuff and weighed more. If you are familiar with how the FX handles and rides the SHO will be very similiar, any drastic change will be due to the added hp, not the hull in itself.

The new skis for 2008 are really not all that new. The Yammi SHO has a different deck, a hull made out of a lighter weight SMC and a totally new PWC specific engine. The Sea-doo "X" skis use the same hull and deck, but add mods to the pump, prop, engine and SC to get unreal acceleration but not any more mph on top. The Honda has a completely redesigned hull and deck, and a modded, stroked engine giving it 1470 cc. Kawi will probably have BNG !

The 4 stroke standup is a definite..but probably not till 2009 ??
The 2 seater, when and if it is produced, will have the same problem prone engine the Ultra has and the same shoddy workmanship that has almost become a Kawi trademark this past season. Besides it will make the previous generation of 2 seaters look like tinker toys in a size comparison. No thank you !
