Super Charger Failure
I know this topic has been beaten to death, but I thought I would put my two cents in. Im fairly new to this forum. I joined after I bought my 2007 RXP. I quickly learned about the problems with the supercharger. I was planning on putting in metal washers this winter. Well, over labor day weekend it happened. The supercharger quit working with only 15 hours on the clock. It is still under warranty, and I just got it back from the dealer yesterday. He rebuilt the supercharger and its fixed, I guess. The problem is, they put the exact same kind of washers back in. He said he could put metal ones in, but the warrany would not cover it. He told me to wait until my warranty is up then upgrade to metal washers. So I guess I will just wait till it breaks again.

there is a couple of threads you need to look at. but in short if the dealer didn't clean the motor out and change the oil pumps you will have worse problems. you can also pull your sc and put metal ones in. you are not the only one that has been in the same situation. search and see what they did.
