    Everyone Please Read This!!!!!!!!!!!

This may be old hat to some of you but ive never heard of it before,,i know there was a thread about amsoil dominator oil and when i heard this today it made me think that this could be related!! a guy i work with is a distribitor for amsoil and one of his clients was running amsoil in his 2 stroke,,the engine locked up so tight they had to beat the pistons out of the cylinders with a hammer,,so he called amsoil to see why this might of happend, amsoil informed him that the shelf life of all of there 2 stroke oils is ONLY 2 YEARS after that the additives start seperating and the oil WILL NOT LUBRICATE PROPERLY he also found out thet every case and every bottle of amsoil has a code on it that code is a manufacture date, this will tell you when the oil was made, you will have to call amsoil to find out the date just give them the code off of your bottle !!!!!!,come to find out he had a case of it and it was 5 years old, he had several cases that were out of date,,i would think this is true with all 2 stroke oils this could be the reason for a lot of unexplained seizures.if a lot of you guys have oil older than that you may want to call amsoil.

    oil

oh yea!!!!They told him 4 stroke oils typically have a 5 year or longer shelf life!!!
it is the 2 stroke stuff that only last 2.one sign to look for is the oil can or will be either darker or lighter at the top of bottle.
