Great Service from Jerry/Riva - OEM SeaDoo Parts

Just a quick note of thanks to Jerry and the crew at Riva for taking care of my OEM SeaDoo parts order.

It's always been my feeling that the true measure of customer service is how an organization resolves a problem. In my case, four small clamps were missing from the package.

When I sent Jerry a quick e-mail, he was right on top of it - the communication and follow-up was fantastic. (This was right in the middle of the whole RXP-X launch - I kind of felt bad that Jerry even needed to spend his time resolving such a small problem)

Bottom line: They stepped up and did the right thing. I'm happy and I will be buying all of my OEM SeaDoo parts from Jerry and the Riva crew in the future.
