What it take for a 80+ mph GPR?
I am just wondering what it takes to get a GPR to 80++. I see numerous 80+ single piped skis on here. I currently have a rxp, 15f, and ultra 150. I have been thinking about building another ski and this seems to be a good choice. I want some reliability as well. Any info will help and be appreciated. thanks

Take the motor from the rxp and install it in the gpr... That will get you to 82 mph with a stock rxp engine.

Question about installing the RXP engine and Thru hull
Once you install the engine from the RXP in to the GPR. What happens to those who had thru hull exhuasts on there RXP's?? I looked a friend of mines GPR the other day and there is really no room to cut out and fit the exhuast.

Not as bad as you think. I can run 80+ on a ported 1300 single pipe at will set up for handling and holeshot. 82+ with a looser setup. We ride 80 miles or more in a day.

I like the price results so far with my PWC... I recently give up motorcycle racing with my 2006 GSXR 1000 built turbo bike that i had $37,000 invested in ( $11,000 for bike,$26,000 for mods ) so needless to say i like my new found hobby considering i spent $2,500 on parts yesterday to get my stock ski to about 75 mph and with about $2,000 more to port and bigbore i should be at 80mph +.. Thanks to local help and the members of this forum pointing me in the right direction on the parts to get me there and not having to do trial and error.... thanks to all !!!!
