    42# injectors when?

I put the green wheel in and have the XS intercooler in my garage.
Also thinking aobut ordering the thru the hull exhaust kit.

Once the block off come the OPAS will be removed.
    After that the XS intercooler.
Then I was thinking about thru the hull exhuast.

At what point will I need 42# injectors or will I?

    thanks
    Scott

Once you installed that XS, you need the 42's before you even start the ski...period.

well that's a hellova sooner than I was planning. damn

Anything else that I should plan for?

Looks like OPAS removal and thru the hull first and XS and 42# over the winter.

When you gut the opas, remove everything, including the rubber tubs inside...

The XS is 100% custom install, there is no bolt on kit for it....So you need to do your research on the boards, ask member's questions on how they did theirs...From brackets to pipes, its all custom...but its easy if you have the right info...

I would also HEAVILY invest in a 4" intake setup, you'll need to feed that green wheel...If not, you will never getthe performance out of an of the stuff you put in...

    Air management IN...
    Air management OUT...
    Simple.

I think the 42# injectors are an overkill, with all of my mods I'm still running stock injectors.

Danny is not exactly correct here if you are using JFizzleJR's XS. The pipes are pre-bent with all the couplers and t-bolt clamps but they are longer than necessary so you have to cut some off of each one. He has instructions for how much he cut and can advise. The bracket will bend as necessary when you are positioning the ic in the hull to make it easy to fit it in with the bracket attached. It's not plug and play but with a hack saw and a little sense it goes smoothly. Look up his thread on his install.

He stated he is not using Fizzle's kit, he just has an XS in the garage...

inteljd, you are running LEAN with those mods...if you pull the Jpipe and its white residue, you are LEAN!

Oops, sorry Danny. I was caught up in the moment when I saw it was the XS.

He does have my kit and I now cut the pipes for it thanks to Lafjax's confirmation on the proper length (don't know if I cut them for Bruinsrme though).

Intel has no need for 42# injectors because he's at 3000ft above sea level.
