Cowtown Powersports on the southside of town on 20 is pretty good as far as dealers go. They did my ceramic washer failure cleanup job on my 04 RXP and the ski continued to run well for lots of hours after that. They the only dealer I trust taking my ski to, but I would rather not have to ever take my ski to a dealer shop.

Not in Ft. Worth - but one near Denton

    Hey Miike1,

North Texas Yamaha / Seadoo off out I35E just south of the Lake Lewisville bridge - There is a tech there they call Gorilla Dave - he is awesome. He has been working on skis for along time and he is a big racer as well. Their number is 972-420-4000 - Give them a call.

    Good Luck.

I took mine back to NTY because they are who I purchased from and I had the washer failure that they fixed. 20 hours after washer failure it is locked up. I would not suggest NTY but there is not many to choose from and less with good reputations.

I second the vote to stay clear of North Texas Yamaha and Gorilla Dave.

Riding season is just based on your comfort level in neoprene really. It stays in the 50-60s most of the winter here. A nice sunny 60 degree day makes for a nice ride in a 3mm full suit. If you have the will, you can ride pretty much year round here.
