Rode with the Big Boys this w/e
I had the privilege of riding with 3 of the fastest ski's in Fl yesterday. Two Yami GP 1300's and some wicked-ass SeeDoo they called the "drag boat". They were all heavily modded and GPSed out between 76 & 78 mph. I know at least one of the guys is a member on GH, DUKE.(I'm sure the others are too, but dont know their screen names). Any way DUKE jumped on my SLT 780 and posted a 52.3 mph GPS. I thought that was pretty good for the old girl. Hell, I was flattered he even rode my junk . This was on the St. Johns river which is one of the best places you can imagine to ride a jet ski. Tight & twisty, its like riding a four-wheeler on the water. Watching those guys carve it up was quite a sight, not to mention the sound. We had up to 12 ski's at one time at a beer stop. I'll have pics next time!

Now you all got me looking at the avatar instead of answering the comment.
Yeah, 52.3 is good for the SLT780. It's a good overall boat. I have one along with an X45 and they are stable and fun.
