I was told that my 3inch intake is holding me back?
and that i should add rxp pistons and a rotax or riva ecu?
would this be the best route to go?

You are on the rev limiter. I would get RXT drive shaft and 14/19 impeller. I think that will get you close. Then you may want to get ECU and pistons. You are making to much power for that impeller now. Yes on the 3" intake definitely go with the 4".
