New Engine is Overheating
Just put a new engine into my 2002 Ultra 150 and got a chance to test it out this weekend. It started right up, but quickly overheated. No water was coming out of any of the pissers. Checked all the hoses and each appeared to be properly connected. Disconnected the hose from the pump to the water jacket at the T going up to the stringer mod, started the engine and had water flowing from the pump to the T. Blew thru the hose connected to the weater jacket and was not able to do it. Removed the ADA head and still could not blow thru the hose to the water jacket.
Any ideas where it would be plugged?
Iíll be pulling the engine tonight to check it.
