07 seat protectant question...Newbie
Unpacked my two new toys finally and ready to get them on the water. Before throwing them into saltwater /sun hell I wanted to do my best to get them protected from jump street. I've researched wax and got that one covered so next question, the rest of these rascals. I read in the shop manual do not use any silicone based protectants (besides slickness they say it will cause cracking). So what do you guys recommend for a good protectant against sun and salt.
Also on the floor pads as well, what products? and the side black plastic textured areas? Doesn't look like a wax area to me.
Many thanks for your suggestions.

Go to ACE and get 303 Aerospace protectant. Its an excellent product for vinyl, rubber, and plastic. Will keep your seat and rubber/plastic trim protected and looking brand new. This is also a great product to use on your car's dash, exterior trim, and even tires. Just spray it on the surface, or a microfiber towel, wipe it into the surface, and flip the MF towel to buff off. Add more coats for a bit more shine.
