I think my shit was just old and wore out...motor had about 160 hours on it..was running kinda rough , the #2 piston lost the rod to crank bearing...it just disapeared..no metal, no pins. just heavy metal banging. I know 160 hours is not alot of hours but this motor has allready seized #3 last summer...I envy you getting the porting and big block...I was going to do that but it boiled down to 1300 bucks vs. 3000 bucks...save a little cash for a 2008/9 down payment on a new toy to replace the ultra 150 (60 hours).

Just fired it up ...much smoother than before...I thought the motor was running too rough before the blow up but comp check showed no loss till it started knocking...I guess next time motor acts like it wants to jump out of ski Ill go ahead and tear it down.....going to go kill mesquitoes tomorrow..(double oil)
