top speedo is 70 for sure mine goes 72 on the GPS and the stage 3ers will say the same because they see 80+ on the GPS but always 70 on the speedo.

GBA. I had a thread in the past with the same question. I had a ton of people tell me that it did go over 70 and a ton of people that said like wise.
So after a long thread, the moral of the previous thread was:
There is a chance that is may go over 70, and there is only one way to find out. Make it go that fast. And secondly, the speedo's are very inaccurate. Get a GPS, the speeds on them are much more accurate. I found out my speedo is over shooting my speed by ~1.5MPH and does not go over 70.

You will know stock if it goes over 70. A stock RXT or RXP with a speedo that goes above 70 will read about 74-80.. I've had my RXP up to 78.0 mph but the speedo still says 70..
So as 04RXP22 was getting at, some speedos stop at 69, some at 70, and some go above that. And the only way to truly know how fast your going is Radar or GPS.
